Hey, I'm planning on making a Red cosplay and I was wondering how you made your dress? figuring out how to make it is baffling me a lot!!!

A bit late but thanks for telling me! The transistor was fun to make and took like... I think a total of 9 sets of hands to make it what it is now!:3 Friends are cool
